Cover all detachable parts remaining in vehicle (area to be repaired)


Use fire-resistant tarp
to prevent damage due to flying sparks.

Prepare connecting points of the mounting console under the front seat (1) on the body

Prepare mounting console under front seat (1) for installation

Install

Install mounting console under front seat (1) and weld in

AR63.40-P-1192-04MCD

Clean weld joints and sheet metal flanges with wire brush and clean repair areas

Prime repair area using primer filler

9

Supply standard seam seals with body sealant
