1 | Install front seat crossbar at the rear (4) and fit. |
2 | Drill rivet holes on the front seat crossbar at the rear (4) with a diameter of 6.7 mm (areas E1b, E2b, E3b, E4b, E5b, E6b, E7b, E8b, E9b). |
3 | Remove front seat crossbar at the rear(4). |
4 | Deburr rivet holes on the front seat crossbar at the rear (4) and on the body on both sides (areas E1b, E2b, E3b, E4b, E5b, E6b, E7b, E8b, E9b). |
5 | Remove drilling chips. |
6 | Coat insides of riveted joints with zinc dust paint. |

7 | Grind mating surfaces on the front seat crossbar at the rear (4) and on the main floor down to bare metal in the cross-hatched areas. |
Sand down spot weld flanges to bare metal on both sides. |
8 | Remove grinding dust. |
9 | Coat insides of spot weld flanges with zinc dust paint. |
