| Transfer separation points from vehicle.

| Sand down mating surfaces to bare metal in crosshatched areas .

| Sand down spot weld flanges to bare metal on both sides.

| Remove shavings and drill chips.
|

| Coat insides of spot weld flanges with zinc dust paint.
