Apply 2-component adhesive to body (area A).

Observe pretreatment of bonding surfaces (area A). Refer to the manufacturer's information for the curing and working times of 2-component adhesive.

Install inner A-pillar (3), fit and fix in place with welding devices and side portal frame.

Inner A-pillar (3) (areas B to G).

Drill inner A-pillar (3) before inert gas welding (area H).

Inner A-pillar (3) (area H).

Grind inert gas spot weld down flat.

Clean weld joints.

Remove shavings and drill chips.

Apply zinc dust paint to weld joints (areas B to H).
