	Remove
1	Remove detachable parts in area to be repaired
2	Cover all detachable parts remaining on vehicle with spark protection blankets

		 The A-pillar outer section (complete) consists of the A-pillar outer section (1), longitudinal member outer shell on entry (3), A-pillar outer section reinforcement (4) and A-pillar inner section (5).
		 Commercially available tools -Round wire brush - Body jig saw - Weld-spot milling machine - Wet/dry vacuum cleaner

5	Prepare A-pillar outer section (complete) for installation		AR63.20-P-1102-02SR
		 Commercially available tools -Round wire brush - Body jig saw Blind rivet tool - Wet/dry vacuum cleaner

	Install
 Danger	The high voltage used for electric welding presents a lethal hazard. Risk of explosion from welding in areas close to highly inflammable materials. Risk of injury from weld splatter and UV-light when welding. Risk of poisoning from inhaling welding gases	Use insulating mats. Wear protective clothing, safety glasses and a protective mask. 9	Remove spark protection blankets
