 The next steps are shown on model 907.633 with code T16 (right sliding door) on the right side of the vehicle and must be carried out in the same way for vehicles with code T19 (left sliding door) on the left side of the vehicle in the event of damage.

1	Install, fit upper inner B-pillar (3) and lower inner B-pillar (4) and fix in place using  side portal frame and welding fixture.

Clamping pliers (Standard)

2	Upper inner B-pillar (3)   (area C).

3	Lower inner B-pillar (4)   (areas A and B).

6	Support (5)   (areas J, K, L, M and N).

8	Apply seam seal to soundproofing (7) (area P), soundproofing (8) (area Q) and soundproofing (9) (area R).

Squeeze gun

	If soundproofings (7, 8, 9) are damaged,

	replace affected soundproofings (7, 8, 9).

9	B-pillar trim (2) and outer sliding door entrance (1)   (areas S, T and U).

10	Outer sliding door entrance (1)   (areas V and V1).

11	Remove welding device.

12	B-pillar trim (2)   (areas W and X).

 Inert gas weld in intervals and allow to cool down in between.
Heat distortion is reduced as a result.

13	Outer sliding door entrance (1)   (area Y).

 Inert gas weld in intervals and allow to cool down in between.
Heat distortion is reduced as a result.

14	Surface-grind inert gas spot welds (areas V and V1) and inert gas welds (areas W, X and Y).

15	Remove shavings.

Wet and dry vacuum cleaner

16	Restore and smooth surfaces (areas W, X and Y).

 Different methods can be used to restore the surfaces.
