1 | Install rear side wall paneling bottom section (1), fit and fix in place. |
2 | Drill Ø 6.5 mm rivet holes on rear side wall paneling bottom section (1) (area A). |
3 | Remove rear side wall paneling bottom section (1). |
4 | Deburr rivet holes on both sides. |
5 | Coat insides of riveted joints with zinc dust paint. |
6 | Install rear side wall paneling bottom section (1), fit and fix in place. |
7 | Rear side wall paneling bottom section (1) (areas B to D). |
8 | Rear side wall paneling bottom section (1) (area F). |
9 | Rear side wall paneling bottom section (1) (area E). |
Inert gas weld in intervals and allow to cool down in between. Reduces heat distortion. |
10 | Rear side wall paneling bottom section (1) Ø 6.4x14 blind rivet (area A). |
11 | Clean weld joints. |
12 | Remove shavings and drill chips. |
