| Expose spot welds on rear side wall paneling bottom section (1) and cut out (areas A bis E).
|

| Expose MAG spot welds on rear side wall paneling bottom section (1) and cut out (area F).
|

| Expose inert gas weld on rear side wall paneling bottom section (1) and cut (area G).
|
4
| Remove damaged rear side wall paneling bottom section (1).
|
5
| Grind mating surfaces down to bare metal in the cross-hatched inner C-pillar sidewall .
|
|
| Sand down spot weld flanges to bare metal on both sides.
|
6
| Remove shavings and drill chips.
|
7
| Coat insides of spot weld flanges with zinc dust paint.
