Mark separating point on new side wall paneling (1) and cut (area A).


Transfer separation point from vehicle.

Punch holes for MAG welding on side wall paneling (2) (area B).

Grind down mating surfaces to bare metal on sidewall paneling (2) in crosshatched areas and around the holes (areas B).

Sand down spot weld flanges to bare metal on both sides.

Remove shavings and drill chips.

Coat insides of spot weld flanges with zinc dust paint.

Prepare connection points of left side wall paneling up to window cutout for installation

Punch holes for MAG welding on side wall paneling (2) (area C).

Grind mating surfaces on side wall paneling (2) down to bare metal and around holes (area C).

Sand down spot weld flanges to bare metal on both sides.

Remove shavings and drill chips.

Coat insides of spot weld flanges with zinc dust paint.
