Install side wall paneling (1), fit and fix in place.

  Use set of templates to fit side wall paneling (1) to side roof paneling.

Scribe window cutout on sidewall paneling (1) (area M).

 Scribe from vehicle interior.

Remove side wall paneling (1).

Scribe separation line on sidewall paneling (1) (area N).

 Dimension (b) of approx. 10 to 12 mm must be complied with.

Cut sidewall paneling (1) at separating point (area N).

Remove window cutout from sidewall paneling (1).

Grind down mating surfaces to bare metal in cross-hatched areas.

 Sand down spot weld flanges to bare metal on both sides.

Zinc dust paint to insides of spot weld flanges.
