Expose spot welds on lower rear sidewall paneling behind wheel arch (1) (areas A, B, D, and E).

Cut off spot welds on lower rear sidewall paneling behind wheel arch (1) (areas A, B, D, and E).

Expose spot welds on lower rear sidewall paneling behind wheel arch (1) (area C).

Cut spot welds on lower rear sidewall paneling behind wheel arch (1) (area C).

Remove damaged lower rear side wall paneling behind wheel arch (1)

Separate rear bottom side wall paneling behind wheelhouse

Sand down mating surfaces to bare metal in cross-hatched areas .


Sand down spot weld flanges to bare metal on both sides.

Remove shavings and milling chips.

Zinc dust paint to insides of spot weld flanges.
