1	Punch holes in front side wall paneling (1) with diam. 6 mm (areas A and B).

 Commercially available devices/tools
Hole punching pliers diam. 6 mm

2	Drill holes in front side wall paneling (1) with diam. 7 mm (area C).

 Commercially available devices/tools
Hand drill

3	Grind mating surfaces on front side wall paneling (1) down to bare metal in cross-hatched areas and around holes.

 Only grind holes (areas A and B) down to bare metal on rear side.

 Sand down spot weld flanges to bare metal on both sides.

Rotary wire brush

4	Remove shavings and drill chips.

Wet and dry vacuum cleaner

5	Zinc dust paint to insides of spot weld flanges.

6	Mark separating point on side roof paneling (2) (area D).

 Mark separating point along edge (area D).

7	Cut separating point on side roof paneling (2) (area D).

Body power jigsaw

8	Dispose of the leftover piece that has been separated off.

9	Punch holes in side roof paneling (2) with diam. 6 mm (areas E, F, and G).

Hole punching pliers 6 mm

10	Grind side roof paneling (2) around holes (areas E, F, and G) down to bare metal.

Rotary wire brush

11	Remove shavings.

 Commercially available devices/tools
Wet and dry vacuum cleaner

12	Punch holes in side roof paneling (2) with diam. 6 mm (area H).

 Commercially available devices/tools
Hole punching pliers 6 mm

13	Grind side roof paneling (2) around holes (area H) down to bare metal.

Rotary wire brush

14	Remove shavings.
