The following operation steps are shown on the left side of the vehicle on MODEL 909.843 and must be performed analogously on the right side in the event of damage.

Install inner side wall (1), fit and fix in place.

Fix inner side wall (1) in place with several tack welds.

Inner side wall (1) (area B).

Inner side wall (1) (areas C and D).

Inner side wall (1) (area A).

Perform inert gas welding in intervals, allow to cool down in between.
Otherwise high heat distortion can occur.

Level inert gas welding (areas A, C and D).

Inner side wall (1) (areas H and J).

Inner side wall (1) (areas E, F, G and K).

Complete inert gas welds with a length of approx. 10 mm at intervals of approx. 100 mm (area K).

Level inert gas welding (areas E and H).

Inner side wall (1) (area L).

Grind rear side wall (1) down flat in crosshatched areas.

Restore surface in crosshatched areas and smooth.

Remove shavings.
