Remove rear sidewall paneling behind wheel arch up to window cutout

	with CODE W03 (Body extension)

 The following operation steps are shown on the left side of the vehicle on MODEL 909.843 and must be performed analogously on the right side in the event of damage.

1	Scribe cuts on rear side wall (1) and cut (areas F and G).

 Do not make the cuts too deep.
Otherwise the components below can be damaged and weakened.

 Dimensions:
g = 100 mm

2	Expose spot welds on rear side wall (1) and cut out (areas A, B, C, D and E).

3	Expose weld seams (arrows) on rear side wall (1) and cut.

4	Remove rear side wall (1).

5	Expose spot welds and cut out (area H).

6	Remove section.

7	Grind mating surfaces down to bare metal in the cross-hatched inner C-pillar side wall .

 Sand down spot weld flanges to bare metal on both sides.

8	Remove grinding dust and drill chips.

9	Coat inside of spot welding flanges with zinc dust paint.
