1	Scribe separation line on rear side wall paneling up to window cutout (1) (area A).

 Take over separation line from vehicle (area A).

2	Separate rear side wall paneling up to window cutout (1) at separating point (area A).

3	Dispose of cut-off remaining piece.

4	Scribe separation lines on rear side wall paneling up to window cutout (1) (areas B and D).

 Observe dimensions (b, d).

5	Separate rear side wall paneling up to window cutout (1) at separating points (areas B and D).

6	Dispose of cut-off pieces.

7	Punch holes in rear side wall paneling up to window cutout (1) with a diameter of 6 mm (area C).

8	Grind mating surfaces on rear side wall paneling up to window cutout (1) down to bare metal in cross-hatched areas and around holes (area C).

9	Drill holes in rear side wall paneling up to window cutout (1) with a diameter of 7 mm (areas E and F).

10	Grind mating surfaces on rear side wall paneling up to window cutout (1) down to bare metal in cross-hatched areas and around holes (areas E and F).

 Sand down spot weld flanges to bare metal on both sides.

11	Remove shavings and drill chips.

12	Coat insides of spot weld flanges with zinc dust paint. .
