Scribe cut (16) on left side wall paneling (1) and cut.


Dimensions:
a = 100 mm

Prepare connection points of left side wall paneling up to window cutout for installation

Scribe cuts on left side wall paneling (1) and cut (broken line).


Cut approx. 1 mm (dimension a) in front of beaded edge. Cut so that beaded edge remains.

Grind left side wall paneling (1) down to bare metal in crosshatched area.


Sand down spot weld flanges to bare metal on both sides.

Remove grinding dust.

Coat inside of spot welding flanges with zinc dust paint.
