Apply sealant in area above wheel well.

Install side wall paneling bottom section (1), fit and fix in place.

Tack weld side wall paneling bottom section (1) in area of bead on sheet metal strips   (arrows).

Weld side wall paneling bottom section (1) to side wall paneling top section (19), front side wall paneling (14) and corner pillar paneling (5)   (arrows).

 Complete inert gas welds at intervals holding a steel or copper block from outside, allow to cool down in between.
Otherwise heat distortion can occur.

 Make inert gas welds with a length of approx. 5 mm each at intervals of approx. 30 mm.

Weld side wall paneling bottom section (1) to inner side wall (10)   (arrows).

Weld side wall paneling bottom section (1) to front inner side wall and wheel arch   (arrows).

Weld side wall paneling bottom section (1) to rear inner side wall and wheel arch   (arrows).

Level inert gas weld and grind side wall paneling down flat.

Restore surface and smooth.

Remove grinding dust.
