The following operation steps apply for the right side of the vehicle and must be performed analogously on the left side.
2 | Grind off weld seams on A-pillar paneling (2) (arrows). |
3 | Bend open A-pillar paneling (2) and cut out spot weld (3) waistrail paneling (1) with spot weld milling cutter. |
4 | Cut waistrail paneling (1) along A-pillar inner section (4) (cut (A)). |
