Mark auxiliary lines parallel to outer edge (arrow A).

 Dimensions:
a = 10 mm (measured from outer edge (arrow A))

Mark first hole (+).

 Dimensions:
b = 20 mm (measured from outer edge (arrow B))

Mark 13 additional holes (+) along auxiliary lines at same intervals.

 Dimensions:
c = 40 mm

Mark auxiliary lines.

d = 15 mm (measured from outer edge (arrow C))
e = 100 mm (measured from outer edge (arrow D))

Mark first hole (+).

 Dimensions:
f = 10 mm (measured from outer edge)

Mark remaining six holes (+).

 Dimensions:
g = 45 mm

Mark auxiliary lines.

i = 15 mm (measured from outer edge)

Mark crosshatched surface (8) and cut out.

Separate crosshatched surface (9) at edge (arrow B).

Drill all marked holes (+) with Ø 6 mm bit.

Grind end profile (1) in area of incorporated holes down to bare metal on both sides and coat with zinc dust paint.
