Remove/install

Remove platform roller cover (2).

Place platform roller cover (2) on a suitable base.

Remove covers (3).

Remove the cover (6).

 For this purpose, remove bolts (4).

 Installation: Coat screws (4) with thread locking adhesive.

Thread locking agent, Loctite 243 (10 ml)

Open platform roller cover (2) up to the center engage position.

Secure platform roller cover (2) against rolling independently.


The platform roller cover (2) may not roll independently.
If it does, this may lead to damage to the platform roller cover (2) and to continued additional operations.

 To do this, clamp a suitable tool between the platform roller cover (2) and roller blind box.

Remove left guide rail (5).

 To do this, remove bolts (7).

 Installation: Coat screws (7) with thread locking adhesive.

Thread locking agent, Loctite 243 (10 ml)

Remove platform roller cover (2) from the right guide rail (8) (arrow A) until the cover (9) is accessible.

Remove cover (9).

 For this purpose, remove screws (10).

Pull carrier (1) out of the platform roller cover (2) (arrow B).

 Installation: When inserting (arrow C) the carrier (1), insert the seal (12) into the groove (arrow D) of the carrier (1).

 Installation: Coat strips (1, 11) and seal (12) with lubricant.

Install in the reverse order.
