Remove

1

Open dropside.

If necessary,



Open platform roller cover (2) to center lock-in position.

Remove key from lock (1).

Remove screw/bolts (3).

Pull out handle (4) until bolts (5) can be accessed.

Remove release unit (10).

 Release unit (10) is not attached, rather only inserted in a mold-related manner.

Remove bolts (5).

Remove the bracket (7).

 For this purpose, swivel release (6) (arrow A) and hold.

Remove spring (8).

Mark installation position of lock (1).

Remove lock (1).

Swivel back release (6).



Install

Install lock (1).

 Observe marking.
For this purpose, swivel release (6) (arrow A) and hold.

Install spring (8).

Install bracket (7).

 Screw in bolts (5) to do this.

Move release (6) to initial position.

Insert release unit (10) in handle (4).


During insertion of release unit (10), centering (12) must be routed in mount at handle (4) (arrow C) between cable guides (9) (arrow B) and guide pin (13).
Lock (1) and/or release unit (10) can otherwise be damaged during attachment of handle (4) to strip (14).

Install handle (4) with release unit (10).


Guide pin (11) must be routed in bore of strip (14) (arrow D).
Lock (1) and/or release unit (10) can otherwise be damaged during attachment of handle (4) to strip (14).



Check

Check function of lock (1).
