| Remove | ||
1 | Open platform cover. | ||
2 | Open rear dropside. | ||
3 | Remove protective covers (1). | To do this, remove screws (2). | |
4 | Remove expansion rivets (3). | ||
5 | Remove sealing rail (4) from rear dropside. | ||
| Clean | ||
6 | Clean the contact surface of the sealing rail (4) on the rear dropside. | Cleaner | |
| Install | ||
7 | Apply the bonding agent to the contact surface of the sealing rail (4) on the rear dropside. | Tape primer/bonding agent 94 | |
8 | Remove inner protective foil (6) on sealing rail (4). | Use new sealing rail (4). | |
9 | Slightly pull off outer protective foil (5) at the end of the sealing rail (4). | Approx. Pull off 50 mm and fold outward. | |
10 | Attach sealing rail (4) to rear dropside. | To do so, align the sealing rail (4) with the holes on the expansion rivet (3) and press the sealing rail (4) to the dropside contour from the inside. | |
11 | Completely remove outer protective foil (5). | ||
12 | Press sealing rail (4) onto rear dropside from above. | ||
13 | Install expansion rivets (3). | Replace expansion rivet (3). | |
14 | Attach protective covers (1) to rear dropside. | Screw in screws (2) to do this. | |
15 | Close rear dropside. | ||
16 | Close platform cover. |
