1 | Remove existing detachable parts | Depending on the equipment variant or the installed body, there may be additional detachable parts. | |
2 | Remove inside cover on dropside | ||
3 | Remove respective linkage (5, 8) from handle (9) | To do so, release lock (6) on linkage (5) or lock (7) on linkage (8). | |
4 | Remove left lock (1) with linkage (5) in direction of arrow | When removing the left lock (1). | |
To do so, remove screws (3) from left lock (1). | |||
Installation: Observe installation position of check strap (4) on left lock (1). | |||
Screw, lock to dropside | |||
5 | Remove right lock (2) with linkage (8) in direction of arrow | When removing the right lock (2). | |
To do so, remove screws (3) from right lock (2). | |||
Installation: Observe installation position of check strap (4) on right lock (2). | |||

6 | Modify the linkage (5) | When replacing the left lock (1). | |
7 | Modify the linkage (8) | When replacing the right lock (2). | |
