1 | Switch off ignition and withdraw transmitter key or Keyless Go start/stop button from the EIS [EZS] control unit | Keyless Go start/stop button only for vehicles with code (889) Keyless Go. | |
2 | Remove spare tire well panel, loosen panel in side of luggage compartment and move to one side until the radar sensors control unit (N62/1) is accessible | ||
3 | Undo nut (1), remove nut (2), remove bracket (3) and place to one side with lines still attached | ||
4 | Detach electrical connector from radar sensors control unit (SGR) (N62/1) and remove radar sensors control unit (N62/1) | ||
| Information on preventing damage to electronic components due to electrostatic discharge | ||
5 | Install in the reverse order | ||
6 | Check software release and update if necessary | Only when replacing the radar sensors control unit (N62/1) or when replacing the radar sensors. | |
| Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS and read out fault memory |
