1 | Ensure that the requirements for driving into the workshop are fulfilled. | ||

2 | Print out the "Protokoll Tanksystem, Formular" (tank system event log form), fill it out, and attach to the vehicle in a place where it is easily visible. | ||

3 | Remove covering under instrument panel. | ||
4 | Unscrew screw/bolts (1). | ||

5 | Release fan motor of digital instrument cluster full display (M4/12) until the electrical connector (2) is accessible. | ||
6 | Disconnect electrical connector (2) of fan motor of digital instrument cluster full display (M4/12) and unhook electrical wiring harness. | ||
7 | Remove fan motor of digital instrument cluster full display (M4/12) downwards. | ||
8 | Install in the reverse order. |
