Remove/install

Connect diagnostic system and read out basic data from parameterizable special module (PSM) control unit (N26/16) and buffer

When replacing parameterizable special module (PSM) control unit (N26/16).



 Installation: Copy buffered basic data to new parameterizable special module (PSM) control unit (N26/16) and perform initial startup.

Switch off ignition and remove transmitter key

Unclip cover (1) on outside of left seat base and remove

Remove the auxiliary battery

Unscrew nuts (2)

Position parameterizable special module (PSM) control unit (N26/16) so that electrical connections (3) are accessible

Separate electrical connections (3) and remove parameterizable special module (PSM) control unit (N26/16)

Install in the reverse order
