Remove/install

Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (min. 2  m).

Remove cover (1).

Remove cover (2) over stereo multifunction camera (A40/13) or mono multifunction camera (A40/11).

Pull stereo multifunction camera (A40/13) or mono multifunction camera (A40/11) towards the rear (arrow) and lift off until the electrical connector (3) is accessible.


Do not touch the lens of the stereo multifunction camera (A40/13) oder mono multifunction camera (A40/11).
Otherwise dirt could cause the stereo multifunction camera (A40/13) or the mono multifunction camera (A40/11) to malfunction.

Release and disconnect electrical connector (3) and remove stereo multifunction camera (A40/13) or mono multifunction camera (A40/11).

Install in the reverse order.

7.1

Perform commissioning of stereo multifunction camera (A40/13) or mono multifunction camera (A40/11) using vehicle diagnosis system.

If the stereo multifunction (A40/13) or mono multifunction camera (A40/11) is replaced.

Calibrate mono multifunction camera (A40/13) or mono multifunction camera (A40/11) using vehicle diagnosis system.

If the stereo multifunction camera (A40/13) or mono multifunction camera (A40/11) is to be reused.
