Remove/install

Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (min. 2 m)

Unclip cover (2) and remove from trim (3)

Disconnect electrical connection (4)

Pull out multifunction camera (1) in direction of arrow (arrow A) and remove at same time in direction of arrow (arrow B) from carrier plate (5)

 Installation:
The windshield must be free of dust and grease in the area of the multifunction camera (1).
Otherwise, it may result in malfunctions of the multifunction camera (1).


Do not touch the lens of the multifunction camera (1).
Otherwise dirt can cause the multifunction camera (1) to malfunction.

 Installation: Ensure multifunction camera (1) latches correctly into carrier plate (5).

Install in the reverse order

Calibrate multifunction camera (1) using diagnostic unit

When replacing the multifunction camera (1).


