1 | Remove center and rear sections of lower engine compartment lining. | ||
Installation: Only install center and rear lower rear engine compartment paneling again after leak test. | |||
2 | Remove the rear engine support. | ||
3 | Release, disconnect electrical connector at right exhaust gas flap actuator motor (M16/54) and place electric line to one side. | ||
4 | Release, disconnect electrical connector at left exhaust gas flap actuator motor (M16/53) and place electric line to one line. | Engine 256.9 in model 167 | |
5 | Support exhaust system(3). | ||

14 | Check installation position and unobstructed movement of exhaust system(3) and correct if necessary. | ||
