3 | Remove left rear axle rpm sensor (L6/3), right rear axle rpm sensor (L6/4) from hub/rotor assembly | To this end, it may be necessary to detach or remove the protective sheathing and unclip left rear axle rpm sensor (L6/3), right rear axle rpm sensor L6/4). | |
Installation: If necessary, reposition protective sheathing. | |||
4 | Unclip electrical lines from rear axle carrier | Installation: Ensure electrical lines are correctly seated on rear axle carrier. | |
5 | Remove left rear axle rpm sensor(L6/3), right rear axle rpm sensor (L6/4) | To do so, detach electrical connections (1) and unhook from holders. | |
Installation: Check holder clips, if necessary replace holders. | |||
6 | Install in the reverse order | ||

7 | Check function of left rear axle rpm sensor (L6/3), right rear axle rpm sensor (L6/4) using Star Diagnosis | ||
| Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS and read out fault memory |
