Remove/install

Remove paneling in left footwell

Unhook left footwell air duct segment

Remove electric parking brake indicator switch (S12/1) from retaining frame (3)

To do so, unlock the catch hook (1) via the openings (2) using a suitable tool, swing the electric parking brake indicator switch (S12/1) inward and move downward out of the guide (4).

Installation: Ensure correct seating.

Remove electric parking brake indicator switch (S12/1)

To do so, disconnect electrical connection.

Install in the reverse order

Check operation of electric parking brake
