Remove

Remove rear brake caliper support.

Unscrew safety screw (1) and remove brake disk (2).



Check

Check brake disk (2) for condition and wear.

If there is a problem,



Replace brake disks (2).



Install

Clean contact surface (3) and interference fit (4).


Do not use sharp-edged or pointed objects.
Otherwise, the contact surface (3) and interference fit (4) will be damaged.

Assembly cleaner

Lightly grease interference fit (4) of brake disk (2).

Paste, hot lubrication 1 kg, DBL 6879.20

Position brake disk (2) and screw in safety screw (1).

 Replace safety screw (1).

 Safety bolt, rear axle brake disk to flange

Install brake caliper support.
