 Danger!

Risk of poisoning caused by swallowing brake fluid. Risk of injury caused by brake fluid coming into contact with skin and eyes.

Only pour brake fluid into suitable and appropriately marked containers. Wear protective clothing and eye protection when handling brake fluid.

Connect filler and bleeder unit to brake fluid reservoir, and apply specified pressure to the brake system

 See:

 Vehicle operator's manual or repair instructions.

 Note operating instructions for filler/bleeder unit.

 To avoid any damage to the brake system, brake fluid that complies with the Specifications for Operating Fluids must be used.



Connect hose (2) of receptacle (1) to vent valve (3) of left front axle

 Carry out the bleeding procedure at all brake calipers at each hub drive.

Open vent valve (3) by one or two turns

 Leave the bleed valve (3) open until the brake fluid escapes free of bubbles and without contaminants (bright color of brake fluid).

Close the bleed valve (3)

Perform bleeding process on brake calipers on right front axle, left rear axle and right rear axle

 Repeat operation steps 2 to 4 on all brake calipers per hub reduction gear.

Inspect braking system for proper operation and leaks

Detach filler and bleeding unit

 Pay attention to manufacturer's operating instructions.

Check brake fluid level, correct if necessary
