Do not swallow or come into contact with the TIREFIT tire sealant, which is an emulsion of rubber and terpene phenolic resin. No open flames or open light sources.

Position wheel-and-tire assembly upright with the valve at the bottom for 10 minutes

To enable the tire sealant (3) to drain off, position wheel-and-tire assembly at a height of 200 mm.

Remove valve element from valve

Allow pressure to escape from the tire.

Attach hose (2) to tire sealant container (1)

Replace the original hose of the tire sealant container (1) with a hose (2) 400 mm long.

Compress tire repair kit reservoir (1) and immerse hose (2) in the tire repair kit (3)

Immerse hose (2) through the valve bore in the disk wheel as low as possible in the tire repair kit (3).

Reduce pressure on the tire repair kit reservoir (1)

The tire repair kit (3) is suctioned off. 90 % of the tire sealant (3) can be removed using this method.

If the tire sealant reservoir (1) is not available, drill through the tire tread using a Ø 10 mm twist drill bit and allow the tire sealant (3) to flow into a suitable container.

Replace tires

Use a damp cloth to remove residual tire sealant (3) from the disk wheel.

Place new TIREFIT tire repair kit in the vehicle
