3 | Open rubber boot (3) by cutting it and then detach ball joint (4) | ||
4 | Remove ball joint (4) from drive shaft (5) | ||
5 | Remove clamp (10) and positioning ring (9) from drive shaft (5) | Only with engine 111 and 601. | |

6 | Push new clamps (1, 2) and rubber boot (3) onto drive shaft (5) | ||
7 | Slide positioning ring (9) into radial groove of drive shaft (5) and fasten in place using clamp (10) | ||
8 | Fill ball joint (4) to upper edge of inner star with grease | Long-life grease | |
9 | Mount ball joint (4) onto drive shaft (5) | ||
10 | Coat inside of rubber boot (3) with grease | Long-life grease | |
11 | Slide rubber boot (3) onto ball joint (4) and drive shaft (5) | ||
12 | Fasten clamps (1, 2) into place | Safety pliers for hose clamps | |
