Measure wheel bearing play at front wheel hub, adjust

T33.20-0006-01

1 Install dial indicator holder (6) with dial indicator on the wheel hub so that the measuring tip is under preload on the end face of the upright.

2 Measure the wheel bearing play by moving the front wheel hub firmly to and fro.

The wheel bearing play can be adjusted to the specified value by loosening or tightening the clamp nut.

3 Tighten the securing bolt of the clamp nut.
