Front axle beam, check alignment, inspect, straighten

Before assembling the front axle, check visually the axle beam as to cracks, twists or strains. Examine the diameter of the hole for the kingpin as well as the supporting surfaces of the knuckle on the beam handle

Alignment or welding works on front axle beam are not allowed. If deformations, wears, dimensional deviations or clenches are found in the axle beam, it should be replaced.


