Remove

1

Remove right or left trim at side in trunk.

Remove roll bar.

Turn adjustment screw (1) clockwise up to end stop.


Do not exceed the adjustment range of the adjustment screw (1).
Otherwise, the suspension strut may be damaged.

Remove grub screw (2).

Remove adjustment screw (1).

Remove grub screw (3).

Remove rebound stage adjusting shaft (5) together with union sleeve (4) from suspension strut.

Remove pilot bushing (6) from rebound stage adjustment shaft (5).

When replacing the rebound stage adjusting shaft (5).



Install

Insert rebound stage adjusting shaft (5) together with union sleeve (4) onto suspension strut.

Pull rebound stage adjustment shaft (5) slightly upwards, hold union sleeve (4) and screw in grub screw (3).

 Grub screw, union sleeve to suspension strut

Plug pilot bushing (6) onto rebound stage adjustment shaft (5).

When replacing the rebound stage adjusting shaft (5).

Plug adjustment screw (1) onto rebound stage adjusting shaft (5).

Screw in grub screw (2).

 Grub screw, adjustment wheel to suspension strut/adjusting shaft
