Use only approved tensioning devices; additionally screen off hazardous area if necessary. Check special tools for damage and proper operation (visual inspection). Wear protective gloves.

Press front elastomer bearing (2) and rear elastomer bearing (3) with a suitable drift out of rear axle spring (1).

Installation: Coat new front elastomer bearing (2) and new rear elastomer bearing (3) with lubricant paste.
Press in front elastomer bearing (2) and rear elastomer bearing (3) centrally in respective spring eye of rear axle spring (1).

Antifriction paste, rubber parts 2.5 kg, DBL 6867.00

Press elastomer bearing (5) of spring shackle (4) out of spring shackle (4) using a suitable drift.

Installation: Coat new elastomer bearing (5) with lubricant paste.
Press elastomer bearing (5) centrally into spring shackle (4).
