Position one spring clamp plate together with lower spring bearing. At rear attachment, loosely screw in bolt (1) with shear bush but do not fully tighten.

 The flat rubber spring bearing element is installed on the driver side.
The high rubber spring bearing element is installed on the passenger side.

Loosely screw in four mounting bolts (arrows) securing spring clamp plate.

Align holes for front clamping plate threaded connection using suitable locating drift (shear bush not installed).

Fully tighten the four mounting bolts (arrows) securing spring clamp plate   .

Remove locating drift.

Insert shear bush and mounting bolt (2) into hole and fully tighten   .

Fully tighten bolt (1) on shear bush   .
