Remove front grille

Remove cooling pipe for hydraulic steering components

Remove mounting bolt (9) and front stop element (8)

Cut off defective mounting console as shown in picture

Silentblocks should not be heated, otherwise they will become detached from their seat.

Cut off defective brackets as shown in picture

Install

Adapt and prepare new part for a butt seam

Position new part using spacer sleeve

Spacer sleeve for axle/engine subframe mounting console

Weld on new part

Screw down mounting bolt (9) and front stop element (8) tightly

Position and weld in brackets

Treat and paint processed parts to protect against corrosion
