Remove/install

Remove battery carrier.

Remove filling hose from brake fluid expansion reservoir and hydraulic line from clutch master cylinder.

 Seal off connections with stop plugs.

 Remove clutch pedal (1) together with clutch master cylinder.

 Record plug

Remove cover(4).

Remove trim at bottom for instrument panel on driver's side.

Release and disconnect electrical connector (3) from clutch master cylinder.

Unscrew nuts (2).

 Nut, pedal assembly to firewall

Remove clutch pedal (1) from driver footwell.

Modify clutch master cylinder.

When replacing the clutch pedal (1).

Install in the reverse order.

Bleed clutch operating system.
