| Remove/install | ||
1 | Move selector lever (1) into park position | ||
2 | Remove center console | ||
3 | Unclip retaining clip (2) | ||
4 | Move both front seats all the way to the rear | ||
5 | Remove safety clamp (3) | Installation: Replace safety clamp (3). | |
6 | Release lock (4) | Installation: Check that lock (4) is correctly latched into place. | |
7 | Disconnect electrical connectors (5) | ||
8 | Remove bolt (6) | ||
9 | Unscrew nuts (7) | ||
10 | Raise bearing bracket (8) and move parking interlock cable (9) out of bearing bracket (8) | ||
11 | Remove selector lever (1) with bearing bracket (8) | ||
12 | Install in the reverse order |
