Lift/jack up vehicle

Remove cable tie from electrical wiring harness of intelligent servo module for DIRECT SELECT (A80) and place wiring harness to one side

Remove retaining clamp (8)

 Bolt, clamp to oil line

Detach bracket for oil line (9) from transmission (1)

Detach oil lines (2, 3) from transmission (1)

 Seal the connections using suitable  stop plugs.

 Bolt, oil line to transmission housing

 Record plug

Detach oil lines (2, 3) from oil thermostat (10) and seal them off

 Seal the connections using suitable  stop plugs.

 Record plug

Remove oil lines (2, 3) downwards

Detach oil lines (11, 12) from oil thermostat (10) and seal them off

 Seal the connections using suitable  stop plugs.

 Record plug

Detach oil line (11, 12) from oil cooler (13) and seal off

 Seal the connections using suitable  stop plugs.

 Union nut, oil line to oil cooler

Install in the reverse order
