3 | Drive out dowel pin (11) | Assembling: Replace dowel pin (11). | |
4 | Remove shift finger (9), shift lock (10), guide bush (8) and spring (7) | Assembling: The back (arrow) of the shift finger (9) and the longest lug (arrow) of the shift lock (10) must point towards the weight on the shift lever. | |
5 | Remove locking ring (4) | Do not overstretch locking ring (4) when removing and installing. | |
6 | Remove guide washers (5) and spring (6) | ||
7 | Remove locking ring (4) and guide bearing cover (3) out of shift shaft (1) | Do not overstretch locking ring (4) when removing and installing. | |
8 | Drive out dowel pin (12) | ||
9 | Detach shift lever (13) from shift shaft (1) | Observe installed position. | |
10 | Remove rotary shaft seal in bearing cover (3) | Installation: Replace rotary shaft seal. | |
11 | Remove bearing at top of shift shaft | ||
