1 | Remove air filter housing | ||
2 | Lever off ball heads of shift cables (3) at transmission and loosen shift cables (3) from brackets at transmission | ||
3 | Detach heat shield (1) from body. | ||
4 | Detach bracket (2) from body. | ||
5 | Remove front floor covering | ||
6 | Remove rear footwell air vent (4) | ||
7 | Remove bracket (5) | ||
8 | Lever off ball heads of shift cables (3) at bearing bracket (6). | ||
9 | Loosen shift cables (3) from brackets at bearing bracket (6) | ||
10 | Unscrew nuts (7) | | |
11 | Remove shift cables (3) with cover plate (8) by pulling inwards | Pay attention to sleeves of cover plate (8). When pulling out shift cables (3), ensure that shift cables (3) can move freely in the engine compartment. Helper required | |
12 | Install in the reverse order |
