Modify shift module

Remove/install

Remove floor covering

Remove bolts (1) on the left and right of the electronic selector lever module control unit (N15/5)



Remove electronic selector lever module control unit (N15/5), disconnect electrical connector (2) and electrical connector (3)

 Do not damage locking tabs as otherwise the connector will no longer be locked into place.

 Fix in position with cable tie (4).

Installation: Observe installation position of sleeves (5) and use washers provided.

Remove sleeves (5) using a suitable tool

Enlarge holes to 12 mm

 Twist drill bit set

Insert new sleeves in hole

 Use plastic hammer.

Install in the reverse order

 Remove cable tie (4).



Checking

8

Check electronic selector lever module control unit (N15/5)

 Check switchover function (automatic/manual) by pressing the switchover button on the selector lever.

The display takes place via the display in the instrument cluster.
