1 Push locating pin (x) into intermediate shift lever.
2 Unscrew internal Torx bolts (33) from stop plate (31) and remove stop plate (31).

3 Unscrew hexagon bolts (13).

4 Pull bearing cover (16), shim (17), complete shift tube and spring (21) out of bearing bracket (30).

5 Remove locking device (26) and press pin (25) out of fork head, stop finger and shift tube.

6 Mark position of stop finger on the shift tube with a scribing iron.

7 Loosen Torx socket bolts (156) and remove carrier (134), fork head (139) and stop finger (153) together from shift tube (158).

8 Pull up shift lever and remove locking device (7). Pull off bushes (8) and carefully hammer out cylindrical pin (9) using a drift punch.

9 Press out locking device (19) and remove spring (6) and fork head (10) from shift lever.

10 Press washer (149) against the spring in the shift tube (158) and press out locking device (147) using a screwdriver. Remove spring from shift tube.

11 Remove intermediate shift levers (165, 166 and 167), plastic washer, washer and disc springs from bearing bracket.

12 Remove plastic washer (35) and bush (50) from bearing bracket.
13 Clean all parts and check and replace if necessary.
