P26.40-0252-01
Removing
1 Unscrew gearshift lever (117) for 3rd and 4th gear and pull out.
P26.40-0254-01
2 Unscrew bearing shaft (103) for gearshift arm for 3rd and 4th gear and pull out of the gearshift arm and transmission housing.
P26.50-2016-01
3 Remove gearshift arm (14), shift fork (13) and sliding sleeve (10) for 3rd and 4th gear from the drive shaft.
Install
4 Place the sliding sleeve (10) with shift fork (13) and gearshift arm (14) on the drive shaft so that the groove in the sliding sleeve points towards 3rd gear.
To stabilize the gearshift arm, mount the gearshift lever and bearing shaft.
P26.40-0253-01
4 Install bearing shaft (103) for gearshift arm for 3rd and 4th gear with new seal. Coat screw/bolt (101) with thread locking compound and tighten.
P26.40-0252-01
5 Insert gearshift lever (117) so that it engages in the splines of the gearshift arm.
6 Slide on spacer sleeve, coat the bolt (119) with thread locking compound and tighten.
