Disassembling
1 Pull shift sleeve (2) down off synchronizer body (1).
Remove locking pins (3).
Assembling
2 Push shift sleeve (2) onto the synchronizer body (1) with the groove (arrow) towards the 1st gear wheel.
There are three milled sections in the shift sleeve (2).
The tooth with the deepest milled section (arrow) must be in the center of the recess in the synchronizer body (1) in each case.
3 Insert locking pin (3) under pressure.
4 Position shift sleeve (2) in neutral.
